Della is very passionate about anime and manga, and has always dreamed of going to a convention in cosplay. However, since her religious mother doesn’t approve of her “satanic” interests, she absolutely forbids her from engaging in such devious acts. Not willing to give up on her favorite thing in the whole wide world, Della starts cosplaying in secret…in the privacy of her room. But then, Juan, her goofy stepdad, barges into her room one day to find his precious daughter cosplaying. Della prepares for the worst, but she didn’t expect this revelation: Juan is a huge anime nerd as well! Without telling his wife about it, he decides to support her and join in.
